The steps to apply for a school permit are below.
- Fill out the school permit application in full. Middle and High School secretaries also have the forms available.
- Include a map showing the route the student will take. Maps can be printed using Google Maps, Bing Maps, etc.
- Bring a copy of the student's permit. If you cannot make a copy, have the student bring it into the office and the secretaries can make a copy.
- The Superintendent needs to sign the application and a separate form that you will take to the DOT. There are instances where Mr. Gee may not be in the office to sign right away. In this case, he will sign when he's able to and the form will then get sent to the student's school to be given to them.
