In addition to email, all messages the District sends to parents/guardians and students are available in the Infinite Campus Parent and Infinite Campus Student portals. In rare cases, email delivery can be affected by factors out of the control of the District and the recipient(s). In these rare cases, even though you are subscribed to email notifications, you may not receive them. To ensure we are able to communicate as effectively as possible, notifications are sent by some or all of the following methods depending on the priority:
- Portal inbox (for all users)
- Email (for users subscribed to email notifications)
- Text (for users subscribed to text notifications)
- The District website
- The District’s Facebook and Twitter pages
