Technology Help for Students at Home

If your student needs technical assistance while working on their classwork at home, our IT Department is still available to help even though the school is closed. Whether they need help with their account, accessing a specific service, or they have a problem with their school-issued device, a quick email will get them the help they need. To get technical support,  students or parents/guardians should email Jason Christenson at jchristenson@clearlakeschools.org with a brief explanation of the issue they need assistance with. All emails will be answered as quickly as possible!
