To access the portal, you must first visit the office at the school building your child attends to obtain an activation code. This code will only be given to you in person.

2. Street address*
3. Phone number*
4. Name of your child*
5. Birth date of your child*
6. Homeroom teacher of your child*
7. What you believe your username is
8. What you believe your password is
