Students will need written permission from a parent/guardian to use their school lunch account to make ala carte purchases. Permission slips are for grades 3 through 12 and can be picked up at the Clear Creek Office or downloaded here.

There has been a recall in the last month of children’s medication manufactured by McNeil which is a division of Johnson and Johnson. Children’s Tylenol, Motrin, Zyrtec and Benadryl have been recalled because the manufacturing company did not pass FDA inspections. The FDA is recommending a substitute with generic versions of those medications. It has also been recommended if you have any of these children’s medications you should stop using them and either throw them away or take them to the store they were purchased for a refund or exchange. The following is the McNeil website where the NDC code found on the bottle of medication can be entered and it will identify if a product you have is included in the recall.

Clear Creek Students Take On Lunch Duty |

A group of Clear Creek Elementary students have taken lunch room duties to a whole new level. Suiting up in uniforms including vests, safety glasses, and hard hats these students tackle dumping trays, garbage and general clean up duties. The group, who call themselves "Lunch Posse International" even maintain a website created by one of the students in the group. Check out their website here. |

The CARES Event Committee would like to thank everyone in the Community of Clear Lake for their generous donations to the 2010 CARES Post Prom Party. Your contributions made it possible for us to provide great entertainment, fabulous food and awesome prizes to the Clear Lake students attending this chemical-free after prom party.Without these contributions, this event would not have been the great success that it was.This was a wonderful way to support a positive substance-free event and we want to thank you once again for your generous support.
